“My dog isn’t insured—can I still work with you?”
Yes, absolutely! You don’t need to have pet insurance to work with me.
While many pet insurance policies cover behaviour support provided by a Certificated Clinical Animal Behaviourist (CCAB), it’s completely fine to pay privately if your dog isn’t insured or your policy doesn’t include behaviour cover.
Working with a qualified clinical behaviourist means:
- You receive support based on the latest canine behavioural science.
- Your dog’s welfare is prioritised at every step—we use only kind, evidence-based methods.
- You’ll be working with someone recognised by veterinary professionals and many major insurers.
- Your dog’s behavioural plan is tailored, detailed, and shared with your vet for a joined-up approach to care.
- You’ll have expert support to help you understand why your dog is struggling—and what to do next.
Whether your dog is insured or not, you’re welcome to get in touch to see how I can help.
