I can’t recommend Kate enough, not only is she a lovely lady, easy to talk to and up for a laugh she is also a dog lover through and through (you kind of have to be when dealing with a boxer who like all boxers thinks she’s a lap dog and loves to give kisses!) After an initial chat on the phone i knew Kate understood enough about the breed to be able to help. Dot can be reactive on lead in certain circumstances and for our first session Kate she came armed with useful, easy to follow, tips and instructions which meant that after a few practice goes Dot is now loose lead walking almost all of the time and in almost all situations. Our next session saw us move on to the next stage of training which again is working a treat and the ‘get out of jail free’ tips that Kate provides for if / when you’re faced with tricky out of the blue situation are amazing. Each session is also followed up by a useful email covering the points you’ve learnt. I’d highly recommend Kate to anyone wanting help and guidance for a dog of any age.

Then came Kate…… the compassion, fun and honesty but most of all the commitment to partnering with us and putting Bert’s first and advice on every stage. There is zero chance we would have had our (very quick) meal out last night if not for her. Good luck!!!!

I can’t recommend Kate enough! From her friendly and understanding nature to her incredible knowledge and insight on how our furry friends think, she’s made such a difference in our home. We’ve got a very stubborn, strong headed but anxious bulldog who was struggling to enjoy her time outdoors and had yet to learn how to chill. We’ve just finished our 6 week puppy course with Kate and we would highly recommend to anyone needing a little guidance and support with a new puppy! We have learnt so much and Kate is honestly incredible at what she does! Our puppy Archie has been shattered after each class and he’s now enjoying his rabbit ear that Kate kindly packed into a little goodie bag at the end of the course!

We had 1-2-1 training for our reactive rescue dog, Mouse. Kate is really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She made her advice easy to follow in the real world. She showed us how to read our dog’s feelings and helped us to understand how to manage and minimise some of his behaviours. She gave us the tools and confidence continue his training and maintain desirable behaviours. Thank you very much Kate!

Prior to meeting Kate we had taken our puppy to socialisation classes, group puppy training and used a dog walker… none of these helped us or the puppy. We wish now we had known about Clicking with Canines from Day 1 as working with Kate we have seen a huge transformation in our puppy. Quite simply Kate’s training techniques have worked and we have couldn’t have achieved this without her.
